Toward the end I started running along with the RevAbs program. I ran 4. That is the furthest I have ever ran in my life! If feels SO good to be healthy. I am not perfect, by any means, and still have fried foods, chips, chocolate and ice cream. Just not as much, and not as often. I would recommend it to anyone. Hip Hop Abs needs no equipment. You just need to press play and get ready to dance. Rev Abs, however, does need equipment. Neither requires much space, nor is that a necessity for a lot of equipment or storage.
All you need is a space before a television or computer monitor, and you will be good to go. No doubt about it, Hip Hop Abs is more friendly for working out to on the road. The reason? It requires no equipment, while Rev Abs has a yoga mat requirement as well as several intense weight training workouts that require a range of free weights.
