Blizzard downloader can i pause

Thought it was odd so I did some basic troubleshooting scanning the files, exiting Battle. The update was endless. It just kept going no matter what I did. I checked Blizzard for some more troubleshooting tips and followed their instructions. The installation of Battle. I kept the possibility of it being a visual bug and left it alone for an hour or so but I returned to it still just loading…and then restarting…and then loading again. So i submitted a ticket only to get a reply which basically told me everything i had tried already.
